Kimberly dedicated 18 years to clinical practice as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse, specializing in hematology/oncology. Her clinical expertise led to engagements as a speaker for multiple pharmaceutical companies, facilitating her transition into pharmaceutical sales and subsequently, training. Motivated by a profound commitment to positively impact patient outcomes, Kimberly's focus on patient-centric training strategies guided her to her current role at Dramatic Change.
